As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

Adherence to Overleaf Template

Confirm that the manuscript is formatted according to the specified Overleaf template provided by the journal.

Originality of Work

Assure that the submitted work is original, has not been published previously, and is not currently under consideration for publication in another journal.

Ethical Compliance

Ensure compliance with ethical standards in research and publishing, including proper citation of sources, obtaining necessary permissions, and maintaining the integrity of the research process.

Quality of Figures and Data

Verify that all figures and data sets included in the submission are of high quality and clearly support the research findings.

Complete Submission Package

Followed Guide for Authors

Ensure that the manuscript aligns with the criteria outlined in the Guide for Authors, including manuscript preparation, formatting, and other submission requirements.

Submission Process

1

Access Submission Platform

All manuscripts must be submitted through our dedicated web platform. Access the submission system through our submission portal.

2

Prepare Your Manuscript

Submissions should be uploaded in PDF format and prepared using LaTeX. To ensure consistency and quality, authors are required to use the Overleaf template provided on our website, here.

3

Submit Your Work

Upload your manuscript, complete all required information, and submit through our platform. Manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct English.

Manuscript Preparation

Structure

Manuscripts should include a title, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusions, acknowledgements (if any), and references. If needed, the structure could be modified to suit the needs of the manuscript.

Abstract

Limited to 250 words, summarizing the main findings and importance of the study.

Keywords

3 to 5 keywords representing the core themes of the paper.

Figures and Tables

Quality: Figures should be of high resolution and tables neatly formatted.

Captions: Each figure and table should be accompanied by a detailed, 'auto-explanatory' caption. This means the caption should not only briefly describe the contents of the figure but also provide enough context to understand the figure independently, without the need to refer to the main text. This approach ensures that each figure can stand alone as a clear, informative element of your research narrative.

References and Citations

Style: Follow the IEEE citation style. Please ensure accuracy of references to facilitate peer review.

Hyperlinks: Active links are encouraged for references available online.

Ethical Guidelines

Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration by any other publication.

Data: If applicable, data sources should be clearly cited and accessible for replication.

Review Process

Peer Review

Submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process. The uploaded PDF must not include the author names.

Revision

Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' feedback.

No Submission Fees

Currently, there are no submission fees.

Post-acceptance

Upon acceptance, authors are requested to provide the LaTeX source files, along with high-quality figures and any other necessary supplementary materials. These files will be used by our team to professionally typeset the manuscript for publication, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and readability.

Authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication.
